The Shakaroo Project

Hello world,

Well, on January 29, 2009 I joined the ranks of the unemployed.  My previous employer (whose business was made up of 40% Harley Davidson Parts Manufacturing) had to make severe cutbacks, which means many people lost their jobs.  It is just a sign of the times.  Too bad as I really liked my job and the company I was working for.

With this in mind, there will likely be a delay in working on this project as I need to find a new job more than I need to create a fictional universe.  Hopefully everyone will understand.

Today I begin my very first blog.  I’m 45 years old and this is the first time I have blogged.  Oh well, better late then never I guess.

This blog will be mostly the mental flatulence about The Shakaroo Sector that crosses my mind that day.  I have no real plan or structure for this blog.  Like most, it will be whatever happens to come through.
